We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
If you're not located in European Union, you may have to pay for local custom duties or taxes. Pilot-Fish cannot be held responsible for these charges.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Return process is easy!
If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 30 days to contact us to launch the return process.
Step 1: Send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please don't forget to mention your order number and the product(s) you want to send back.
Step 2: We will send you back a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). This Authorization will help our warehouse authentify your return.
Step 3: Send the product back with the RMA label to our warehouse. We will send you by email the adress.
Select the carrier you want to use. Please note the tracking # of your return package as you are responsible for it until it arrives at our warehouse.
Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at email@example.com
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. All returns costs are assumed by the customer. Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many countries. Check out their website.
